We always recommend that you keep your support current so you can take advantage of the 24/7/365 toll-free technical support and free updates.  If you do not have support and are having a problem, you can submit a trouble ticket to us by clicking the "Support Options" link at the left of your screen, or try to browse through our Knowledge Base.  If you submit a ticket, we will review your issue and get back to you as soon as possible.  Remember that you will be charged for most in-depth out of support issues.
